Flight operations resume at Shahjalal Airport
Dhaka, 24 July, Abnews: Flight operation at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport resumed around 2:33pm on Tuesday, two hours after it was disrupted due to the right wheel of a Thai Airways (TG 321) plane blasted while landing in the airport.
 
Rezaul Karim, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, confirmed the matter.
 
Earlier, all tires of the right wheel of a Thai Airways plane blasted during landing at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Tuesday, suspending flight operations for more than two hours.
 
No causality was reported as the Thai Airways flight from Bangkok landed safely around 12:21 pm, said Ziaul Haq, Senior Assistant Superintend of Airport Armed Police.
