Why releasing your anger is healthy
Dhaka, 19 Feb, Abnews: Though you may be a far cry from an on-set meltdown like Mr Quaid (or Christian Bale for that matter), the next time your blood boils, you should try unleashing the beast in lieu of suppressing it. Yes we are serious.

Researchers have discovered that the physiological changes brought on by anger increase blood flow to the part of the brain that generates happiness in men, stimulating what is called ‘motivational direction’. The authors of the study, published in the Hormones and Behaviour Journal, believe that anger is useful not only because it actually has positive effects on the brain, but because it forces us to get closer to whatever originally instigated the angry outburst. Then, by understanding its genesis, we can take measures to eliminate it altogether. This means resolving your issues, not knocking out the boss. – Men’s Health
